Terms of Service & Protocol

These Terms of Service govern all creative contracts, technical site evaluations, and live visual productions executed by Z99 Creative Studio.

Our production scope encompasses architectural 3D projection mapping, stadium concert stage visuals (real-time Notch / TouchDesigner rigs), anamorphic 3D LED engines, and custom scenography for bespoke royal palaces and luxury weddings globally.

Flawless optical calibration depends on millimeter-accurate architectural surface data. Clients and event venues coordinate with our technical directors to facilitate:

• LiDAR & Laser Scanning: Physical venue access for terrestrial LiDAR scans and high-resolution photogrammetry.
• Power & Rigging: Certified three-phase electrical distribution, load-tested trussing, and environmental control booths as defined in our technical rider.
• Ambient Light Control: Strict blackout windows and ambient architectural lighting cut-offs during projection alignment and live performances.

To maintain our uncompromised rendering standards, production is executed through three formal milestone gates:

Stage 01: Narrative & Storyboards • Visual architecture, thematic concept moodboards, and musical pacing sign-off.

Stage 02: 3D Pre-Visualization • Digital twin architectural simulation and viewpoint line-of-sight verification.

Stage 03: Master Renders & On-Site Calibration • Uncompressed master render delivery, media server warping, and live technical rehearsals.

Z99 Creative Studio retains all rights, title, and ownership in its proprietary TouchDesigner network architectures, procedural shaders, and calibration algorithms.

Clients receive an exclusive, royalty-free performance license to display, broadcast, and document the finalized visual work for the agreed calendar dates and broadcast platforms.

Because our studio commits specialized hardware rigs, media server technicians, and 3D render farms months in advance, confirmed calendar dates are secured via production retainers.

Rescheduling requests must be provided in writing at least 21 days prior to scheduled on-site rehearsals to allow technical redeployment.

For outdoor architectural projection mapping and festival stages, client safety and optical hardware protection are paramount. In events of severe precipitation or wind exceeding certified rigging thresholds, our technical directors execute predefined backup standby sequences until safe operation resumes.
